Summio is built for readers, not as a replacement for the original. It turns supported book metadata, public videos, compatible articles, and text-based PDFs into structured summaries, helping you understand the main ideas and decide which source deserves a closer read.

And the original work is still there, waiting. Summio summarises when you need the gist, remembers what you cared about, and helps you return to the source when you are ready to sit down and stay. Everything it does is in service of reading — not more feeds, not more scroll, just the clearest path to the idea you came for.

• A conversation grounded in source context. — “What did the author mean here?” “How does this contradict chapter three?” The chat uses available source context and shows citations when available.
• Companion → Training — Choose a material you have already finished: a book, video, article, or PDF. Summio prepares recall questions and memory practice from the summary ideas; if you chatted about that material, Companion also uses your questions.

Summio removes noise without pretending that a summary is the original. Choose the depth you need, keep useful ideas in your library, and return to the source when it deserves closer reading.
